Looks much better Robert. Are you keeping the chrome trimmed mirrors/handles or are you going to colormatch now that your rims no longer chrome? Keep us updated!

i'm debating on the drop, i like the way yours stands. Any tips on how you did it, or what drop is it. How is you suspension ride? I like the way it rides smooth and i would like to jeopardize the ride quality...

I have a 2/3 drop with spindles up front. I would say it rides good but it is a little rugh with the 26's but when I put the 20's on for winter it rides completely different.

i liked the chrome handles and grill when i first got it but i think i might color match now that i have the new rims. I still like the chrome but i think the best will be to color match

killer truck.......small drop would set it off.

hbr: I was looking around and saw you put the 3m cf in the inside of trim, did you do this yourself or had someone do it? It looks good. Mine is coming in today. Do you have any tips on how to do this?

Looks Great. I love the color, and the TBSS complement the color well. I would remove the "Tahoe" emblems but leave the Texas Edition. It will look less "crowded", and call attention to the uniqueness of your truck. The tips look very nice, I have the SLPs and I "tucked" them as well. I have seen many people leave the tips low or have them stick out too far, and looks tacky IMO.

On the 3m Film, I have heard the heat buildup from the lights will cause hairline cracks in the housing lens. I do not know this to be a fact, but I remember reading about it somewhere. You might want to look into that.

Oh and drop it already:)

I love the rims...I wanted the same ones on my Yuk when I saw sumo's pics. Personally, I would color match the door handles and mirror caps if it can be done. It's like a bathroom that doesn't have matching fixtures. Awesome rims though.

i never thought that about removing the tahoe emblem and leaving the texas edition, I LIKE THE IDEA. i heard the same from the 3m headlight film, but lucky for me, i was able to get a brand new oem headlight and tails from my brother in law for $75. he recently purchased a tahoe aswell and replced them with those "euro" style heads and tails (a couple of beers did the trick, jajajaj) so i'm willing to give it a try.

Nice truck man. Those TBSS do look better that the 24s. I would like to see how the flat black interior pieces look.
