what is this liquid? pics inside

I climbed under my tahoe today to look at the 02 sensors face to face before i try to replace them. I saw this underthere near the middle of the front. can anyone tell me what it is exactly? and if its serious? and what should i research to repair it.

ive seen coolant that was rusty and orange, not sure about that vibrant though. Also, why its back there i couldnt say.

its in the front, middle of the engine front to the right of the catalytic converter. i saw it crawling to find the 02 sensors lol

Defiantly looks like dexcool coolant.

i pull on the black cord there gently while someone on top watched what moved. it was connected to the steering power fluid. opened it and im low. do you think its still coolant? im gonna put some prestone in for now, the one with the leak stop until i can get it flushed.

Its dexcool coolant. If its on the front of the engine it could be water pump leaking. Thats near the power steering pump as well.
