They appear to be truck rims, but other than that, I’m at a loss

And the centers with the stars and the guns, those might be DIY.

Closest would be fuel maverick or ultra crusher.
Could be a older model of either, or a knockoff.
The center cap is more like the ultra. It's a twist to the "3 percenter."

There may be information imprinted on the rim metal on the back of the wheel. Check the hub first, then the spokes. I tried a Google image search, and all it would see were the tires, sorry.
