Found these wheels 342 Series Black "D" Window and wondering what offset I need for a 1999 tahoe 4x4 with stock suspension. I dont mind cranking the keys some. Whats the biggest tire I can use? I was thinking its a 285/70 but not sure.
I think the stock backspacing is 5 1/2", with a wheels width of 7", but I could be wrong.
285/70/17's should fit fine, as long as the wheels you're putting on aren't much wider than the stock wheels. 17x8's with the 5 1/2" backspacing, you should be ok with minor cranking.
15x8's, no problem. You can do a 33x12.5x15, but they might rub a little being so wide.
33x10.5x15's, you may not even have to adjust your torsions at all.
