Range makes a module that instead of being an AFM disabler it’s the opposite. I think they call it the Range AFM+ or AFM Enabler. It keeps the engine in V4 mode more often; check it out:

Good thing about this is it plugs into the OBD-II port and can be removed at any time to revert back to stock leaving no trace or permanent changes to your vehicle settings.
