What running boards are these???

My tahoe came with no boards and I hate the look of it without them. Plus my kids practically have to crawl in with nothing to step on. Des anyone know if these boards in this picture are factory or aftermarket?? I really like the painted look of them! Thanks for any help

Those are OEM Tahoe and Yukon running boards. NOT Denali or Escalade because I don't see the chrome trim.

However, he scuffed and painted the surround of the board.
