Back to a body shop that already did bad work. I wouldnt go back to him. Like stated above, just call it, a live and learn lesson. Its not going to get fixed correctly. I dont know what was wrong originally, but i sure wouldnt take it back to someone if they messed up the 1st time. Especially if it took him 2 months to do something that would take a week. What is he doing to it? And making a contract dont mean nothing to a body shop. Insurance estimates are the same thing almost. Unless you have it notorized and then pay even more money to go to court and sue him. So now your out even more money than originally. You could get more money if you sue him, and maybe not, but not worth it to me..

Far as what should you buy.. I wouldnt buy anything. Keep it to sue they guy, you might need it. or to pay someone to finally fix it correct

To Sue someone its $50.
I have sue about 3 times for 6000, and 5000 and some other i forgot about..

To me, its Fun to Sue someone when i know I'm going to Win.

I'm not in no Hurry to Fix this SUV.

Plus i dont want to pay No more money for another body shop to fix it..

He will Fix my SUV. or i will Sue him and get my money back. it will take a few months. but i will get it. but while i wait for my money. i hire another body shop to-do my Paint Correctly.

=================

Forgot to mention.

Its weird. but i kinda want to fix everything on this SUV. before i drive it..
I have this Habit to not Drive a Vehicle until its finish.

As for the Tires, i know its good idea for purchase all New Tires, But the cheapest I have found is $800 for 4 Tires.. HELLL NO!!!!

for 2 used tire is $180 and it still have about 40% left. my Other two tires has about 45% life left. so why buy new ones? I just don't see the point.

I shop around for the used tires, and i look at the Percentage left on the Thread, and Its really about 40% to 60%

Plus after the body work is finish. i will purchase the used tire and let them install the Wheel Spacer, so i don't have to remove all the tires all over again.

Tires - Brakes - Steering - Suspension - Drive train - Then make it pretty. As long as make it pretty last the other stuff maybe in different order as needed

I agree with this. Get it up and running well then let the mods begin. And dude, $800 for a brand new set of tires is not bad especially for 22's or 24's (I think that's what you have) they are probably cheap pieces of shit but new nonetheless.
