Hey guys...I just bought some Tahoe 17" rims to replace my stock 16" ones.
My question is...what size tires to put on the new 17" rims for a bone stock 2001 Tahoe LT?
I am looking to get some Destination A/T's...but just not sure what size to get? I think its 265/70/17's...but I see 255/70/17's as well. Just not sure what size I need for the best ride for a stock Tahoe.
Can someone help?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

My stock tires on 2004 tahoe Z71 are 265/70R17 I believe the Brigestone Duelers where stock but I currently have Michelins. Michelins suck down here in AZ.

Cool....good to know. About the size and the Michelins! I am gonna go with the Destination A/T's. They have great reviews. Thanks for the help.

You can easily fit 265's. Or crank your rig all way and put 285's.

I went with the Bridgestone® DUELER REVO 2 LT285/70R17 - from costco on my 04 LT. Fit fine with no rubbing at all.
