What size tire

now going with 22x9 wheels with a +30 offset. 2/3 drop on 2008 Tahoe. what would be the ideal size tire for this? 305/40R22, 285/45R22??

Well ... since I can speak from experience.....i had that same set up (2/3 drop and 22x9 tbss replica wheels) 305/40 will not rub if that's what your worried about. You'll also have a way better selection of tires...and they are cheaper.

305 catch every grove on the road, 285 drive nice and no issues with grooves at all
