What the hell is this????

So I found this under my truck after installing transmission. Google said t case shift detent. Is there anything else that goes with it besides a spring so I know I’m putting it all back in? And is there a certain way you have to put it back in?

I dont do t cases as they are much more cost effective as good-used replacements instead of having the pre-existing one rebuilt

That said, I suspect @B-train nailed it...
