I can't tell a difference in the ride or handling but it's only been around the block. My truck handles awesome already with all the suspension work I've already done. But the quality is great, they look great, they're definitely more stout. In fact one of my stockers was bent and also had a round piece of metal wedged inside it. I added some pics in my thread. I figure these will help stiffen the rear end up during hard acceleration with the blower installed.

Cool.

But sounds like I won't go this route, as I can't see adding forced induction and therefore can't justify the upgrade.

I added bullet upper and lower rear control arms to a Crown Victoria years back. That was an immediate and significant improvement.

What did that do for the Crown Vic? What significant improvement was there?

Made that car far more athletic. Made the rear axle seem only two feet behind driver's seat instead of the actual 6 or 7 ft. Step on the gas and the car would just leap forward instead of squatting first. Stability in turns went way up while wobble went way down. Big improvement overall.

I've been told that my truck squats a bit when I launch right now even though I don't notice it. With the tune and minor intake/ exhaust mods done to the 6.0 it does launch pretty fast. I added huge DJM swaybars front and rear and endlinks so cornering is great already. But that was part of my thinking with these control arms, that with a blower that squat will probably be way more noticeable and hopefully they will help. I think with 2WD it would make a huge difference but even with my AWD it should definitely help. I launched a few times today and I can feel a difference but can't wait until Whipple time.
