Whats the easiest way to go from 2/3 drop back to stock height?

So right now I have the PPV suspension (2/3 drop), and theres two things I would like to fix...First of all I want it to be stock height..and second I want a smoother ride, after driving around the rental yukon SLT while I was in Tennessee I realized how much smoother it was compared to my tahoe which rides very stiff. What is the easiest, least costly way, and PROPER way to get my tahoe to stock height and improve this stiff bumpy ass ride? I had talked about swapping suspensions with my friend who has a 2012 suburban, but I'm wondering if that might be more trouble, time and money than its worth compared to another route..

Would some HD Bilstein shocks and/or springs be the remedy I'm looking for? Seems like they would raise it up a little and give a much better ride from what i've been reading...
