I'm about to purchase 4 new tires and 4, 17" or larger rims (I'm planning on a big brake upgrade down the line). What is pricing the sweet spot, if any, for wheels/tires/both?
I've poked around multiple places online, and the sheer amount of choice is making my head explode. So anything you can do to help me filter the noise out would be appreciated.
My budget is approximately $1500, for rims AND tires
I think I want Michelins or Falkens all terrains for the tires (I have 4WD, but spend 90+ percent of the time on road).
I'm be doing some long distance trips in this vehicle as well.
