Wheel bearing recommendation

I tried the SKF x-tracker. Makes a little sound when cornering.. Like bad wheel bearings! (minimal, but there..)
So far (1-2 years, <10k miles?) it hasn't gotten any worse.. but I almost wish it would so I can justify new wheel bearings..
Timken next time..
