Wheel figment question

I have came across some 22x14s with 305/45 for tires for a really good deal. I have a currently stock 2009 Tahoe and was wanting to know what I would have to do to clear this set up like if I could get away with a leveling kit and some trimming or what ever y'all could think of. Just really looking for some guidance thanks guys

Lol try a level kit and see what happens. Trim to turn halfway. Need bulletproof 6-8" kit at minimum and maybe a body lift. I know the tires are small but still need a decent lift to clear.

It'll be a pain, but you can buy them, dismount the 305/45r22s, put them on stock 22s, then sell the 22x14s. That tire size at stock offset and stock rim width will fit with a level and minor trimming. But on a 14" rim, no way.
