Wheel Lugs

I worked on my Tahoe over the weekend and found out that the tire company striped the outside of the wheel lugs. Assuming they used the wrong size socket???

Anybody know the best place to get new lugs if I need to replace all of them? I am running the z71 factory wheels with the plastic lug covers. Prefer to keep that but might go to chrome lug if that option is cheaper.
