Wheel shake\vibration issue

This is driving me crazy. Have a 2017 Yukon Denali that has steering wheel and front end vibration\shake around 75mph that I can’t figure out.

So far I have tried:

Several rebalancing attempts both at dealer and discount tire
New tires (Defender LTX)
New replica wheels from discount tire
Alignment

Dealer just had it in for 100k service and said everything with suspension, brakes, all checks out.

Any ideas?

Looks like you've already covered all the usual. My first thought was to get the tires/wheels road forced matched and balanced. You should have gotten a printed readout of the conditions. Was this actually done? Then the common issue is a loose idler and/or pitman arm. Doesn't take much to get the vibration on the heavy machines these days. I wonder if the alignment guy actually checked these?

I have a similar issue with my 2015. I installed a MaxTrax 2/4 drop back in the spring time and put 24's on it. Wheels are balanced and front end aligned. I have been trying to figure this out and when I was looking the other day I found my sway bar links were shot. I would like to think this was contributing to the shaking. I haven't replaced them yet so I don't know.

I went through a similar issue with my 2016 Cadillac ESV Platinum. Bad vibration at about 72 MPH and up to like 85 MPH @ 101K miles. After I replaced the tires and then the wheels and then the tires a SECOND TIME, the front shocks, and the brake disc's, the dealer replaced the upper and lower ball joints with no effect. Then on a whim because of where it felt like it was coming from, I replaced the u-jointsand VOLA! No more vibration. Now that I know what it was I have ordered a steel driveshaft ready with new u-joints. It may not be your issue but that sounds a lot like what I went through and to be honest, the u-joints seemed fine when inspected and then replaced them. I cannot believe they went with an aluminum driveshaft WTH?

UPDATE: the new driveshaft is still an Aluminum one, not Steel as I was hoping but with new u-joints and a fresh driveshaft the vibration is totally gone. I took it on a trip from Colorado Springs CO to College Station TX pulling a 6X10 trailer with no issues / no vibration . Its fixed. so... even if your u-joints feel/look fine. Its an easy repair to do - Swap the drive shaft in ~ 30 minutes with a 11mm wrench and its done. Yes the drive shaft was $270.00 but was worth finally getting it to stop feeling like a I was on a vibrating bed in a bad Hotel .
