Bone stock 2011 Denali XL on chrome rims now. (20")
Chrome is flaking off and the wheel is corroding. So it is getting hard to keep the bead and stem seals now. The tire place even mentioned new rims should be on my horizon. And they don't sell rims.
Here is how I use the vehicle: Curvy road on the way to work. So handling better isn't a bad thing. But we also live very rurally in Illinois. So handling and abilities in and on snow and ice is important as well. And of course I don't want to go with larger rims and have it look goofy.

So. Stick with the 20's or go 22"? Any particular tires to seek or stay away from?
Of cost is always a consideration in the decision. Ebay carrys some wheel/tire packages I see. Not sure if there are other good sources as well.

I'd look at your local Craigslist for guys selling their take-offs since they upgraded to bigger wheels and tires. You'll likely score a nice set of late model wheels and tires. I'd stick with the 20" wheel and 275-55-20 tires.

KO2s on a Denali? You'll have to decide, folks say they are great in the snow.

What's a KO2?

If yours were mine though, I would look first at my second choice:

However, this one does not have the three peak mountain snowflake symbol. People rate it very highly in snow and ice though.

Well and let's face it: There are a lot of winters where we only get 5 snows. It's an AWD vehicle. Just about any tire ought to get through most stuff. This year was particularly bad unfortunately. Something that handles the corners a little better would be nice.
