Where can I buy this power seat hardware?

Its everything that connects to the motor that allows the forward/rearward movement.

The gold wire things are kinda chewed a little and the black hooks are cracked.

The only part number I can find was on the black hooks and those gave me nothing on google.

Easiest place to find that would be in a junkyard. You'd have to find an up-appointed truck -- Denali, Sierra Denali, LT, Escalade, etc. As for new, you might try seat parts on Rock Auto or ebay.
