Where to find discontinued parts?

I'm looking for part 15682285. It is part of the spare tire holder on my 96 Yukon GT. I've looked online and called the dealer but can't find anything. Does anyone have a source for older parts?

EBay or a wrecking yard, used of course. If it's discontinued then it's usually unavailable new, period. Sometimes a dealer will have "new old stock" and will list it on Ebay for an outrageous price.

Try row52.com. You can put up a want ad, guys that scrounge the pull-a-parts will give you a quote on it, you pick the bidder, and he pulls it for you. It's a great site.
