Where to get rear blend door actuator?

I just got an '06 Tahoe a few weeks ago and I'm trying to fix the few issues it has. One is the rear air is always blowing cold and I'm assuming its the rear blend door actuator. Where can I get one of these new besides the stealership?

Napa or any parts store would have them

I checked AutoZone's website and they carry them. The problem is they list about 6 different ones and are pretty vague in the description of them. How could I tell which one I need?

Hey i would check out to see if its the actuator that you need first. See if you are able to divert the air from top to bottom at least you know part of your circuit is working. If you have that you know that one of your actuators are working.
