Which wiring harness to purchase

New to the forums... did some research and couldn't find this answer... sorry if its been covered... Just bought a 2006 tahoe police package today... has the base-model stereo in it, only am/fm with casette... picked out the HU I want to buy, along with the installation kit and the antenna adapter... but I can't find a cheap harness... the only one I really found was this one by PAC thats $100

I don't care about retaining door chimes or any of that... I just want it to plug up like normal and work... thanks for the help

i had the same problem try amazon.com here is a link alot cheaper than ebay.

you can use a metra 70-2003 and run your own ig wire.. but you will lose chimes/r.a.p.. i use the 25amp wiper fuse as my ig source. this harness is normally about 15.00

Ill search the forums after work on what color wire the ig(or the metra package should diagran it actually) will tap into in the harness. Thanks for the help
