my 05 Tahoe is making a high pitched whining noise when turned off. It sounds like it's coming from somewhere under the dash. It's loud enough to hear from several feet outside the truck on quiet nights. I found several threads here about similar noises while running, but none while the vehicle was turned off. Any ideas?
