Whoa.. driver side door problems..

I hear a THUD while driving down the road but don't see anything to really worry about, i thought it was some of the tons of crap in the back.. I try to put my window down and it stops after 5 or so inches.. i pull over and hit unlock to get out and check what the hell just happened but now my lock isnt responding to the button? Now my window wont go down and my driver side door lock won't unlock unless i use the key or manually move the lock.. did i offset something by shutting the door hard?

I plan on opening it up and checking it out tomorrow, but i'd like to hear if anyone has had the same problem, hoping it's just a track issue..

That happen to me took my door panle off to find out I needed a new motor. $230.00 bucks @ PePe Boys.
