I'm sure it's probably been asked before but could some tell me would a 15x10, 4bs, -44 offset work on just the rear of a 2007 2wd Tahoe? Also any pics of lowered drag racing tables would be nice. Thanks
I'm pretty sure a 15" wheel all together wont work considering our brakes are 14". May even be 14.25" out back.
The upper link is also going to be an issue with backspacing with its location being next to the wheel.
You'll have to look into what the drag guys are doing for brake clearance to fit a smaller wheel.
I know it can be done but am not sure what is involved.
As for fitment. I'd suggest you look into a wheel fitment jig/tool to measure exactly what will and will not work. You can thank GM for the wonderful design of the 4-link. That upper link is the biggest hurdle with wide tires and a deep offset.
No problem, sorry I couldn't have been more of a help.
Check out PT.net there's a ton guys over there who have done this on Silverado/Sierras.
You'll more than likely have to do something with that upper link to get the wheel/tire inside the fender and tucking. Unless you want it to stick outside the fender.
