Thanks for the info. It seems like the BFG's have been around forever but it's good know they are still a quality tire. Are you talking about the AT KO's?

One owner 47,000 miles with a great service history. Paid a little over $15,000 which seemed like a pretty good deal. WY truck too so no rust which is a nice little bonus. :)

I'll probably plan on swapping out the tires sooner rather than later. Hopefully I can get a couple of hundred for them on Craigslist if they have less than 1k miles on them.

Sounds like you got yourself one heck of a truck with VERY LOW miles!!!

Sweet grab. Been really happy with my Nitto NT421Q's-great all season tire-and living in WI- I see it all..........

Thanks for the Nitto suggestion. I heard they were a good brand so I'll have to check out the NT412Q's. I've spent some time working in Oconomowoc over the years and have been "lucky" enough to see a little of what you guys get during the winter. If that tire works well there it should be good here.

I just hope it's as nice as the dealer says it is. You know how they can be. :)

I REALLY like my NITTO TERRA GRAPPLERS, I love the more aggressive look/design and they have no noticeable road noise. They work well here in dry and wet conditions, based on the tread design, I would imagine they work well in the snow.

Based on what I can see in the pictures as well as the very low miles, I am pretty certain that this is a great looking rig.

When will you get it? KEEP US POSTED.

How's the tread wear on the Nitto Terra Grappler's? I read about several people complaining they only got 20k - 30k miles out of them. I'll have to look and see if they have a raised white letter tire as I prefer that look with a white truck. Especially after I crank the torsion bar keys.

Planning on picking it up Tuesday. Can't wait.

Had mine only for 5K miles so far, so can't really say anything about tread wear quite yet. :)

I for myslef do not care for the white letter showing, pain in the a$$ to keep them clean all the time as well. (Guess I am getting too old).

Great, looking forward to your thoughts after you brought her home.

Let me know how they are working out once you get more miles on them.

I hear you about keeping them clean but with all the different sprays these days it's a lot easier than back in the day when I used a stiff brush and 409.

I'll have a nice 9 hour drive to get acquainted. :) Should have some thoughts after the trip.

All sounds good.

Yep. BFG recently beefed up the side wall traction on them as well. They look even better now.

Assuming you are referring to the KO2's, which I just checked out on line I would have to agree, they look much better with the redesigned sidewall.

Did not know that BFG had done this, otherwise I may have gotten those as at the time I liked the look of the NITTOS better than the BFG's.

Had BFG's in the past and had always good luck with them as well.

Good info to have, thanks guys. I'll consider them if I find another Tahoe to buy. Friday I found out the Tahoe I put a deposit on has the 706 Castech heads. Since I didn't want to risk dealing with the possibility of leaking heads I pulled the plug on buying it. So no "new" Tahoe for me. :(
