20 psi hot oil pressure at idle is just fine.

If you suspect the block off plate above the oil filter where the oil cooler lines normally go, spray it down with brake cleaner till there's nothing. Spread some clean cardboard under the engine. Then run it at 15 to 20 minutes,. Periodically bringing it up to 2000 RPM. Then get under there and look. If it's leaking you'll have a drip underneath the block off plate. Keep in mind it can also be a leaking oil pressure sending unit on the back of the engine on that side, or leaking valley cover gasket. But to change an oil pan gasket just because it's 10 years old is insane. If you do have a replaced, make sure they use the felpro gasket. The OEM ones do tend to leak.

I say disregard the dealer, or should I save the stealer.... Just drive it and keep an eye on your oil level. If you do end up paying somebody to do the oil pan gasket, make sure they also replace the o-ring on the oil pickup tube to the oil pump while they are in there. Now that's something worth replacing at 10 years old as a preventative measure.

well my truck literally has the same grime and clean spot on the subframe. I’m willing to bet the oil residue/grime is oil drip from previous oil and filter changes, and the clean spot is where it was wiped off. The first oil changed i did on my tahoe i used a rag to scrub where oil drip from changing the filter was and the result is a few inches of clean looking metal.

Not saying you don’t have a leak anywhere, but this would be a non-issue for me once i confirmed that the oil fill is completely full still, which you already mentioned in OP. I mean hell if you had a leak that had that much oil coming out the level would damn sure not be full or “slightly over” full.
And i can’t say how i really Feel bout those dealerships since this is a family forum ..
Or, maybe the person who filled the oil dumped over a can in the fender area? Is it wet anywhere on the driver side fender area? How's the power steering fluid level? Anything wet by the pump, cooler lines, or rack and pinion?
