plain and simple, will a rear disc kit for a tahoe (10 bolt) bolt up to the 14 bolt semi floater?

it looks like it will but has anyone tried it or any brake parts off a 10 onto a 14?

*Sent the company an email on it, but i have a feeling they aren't going to know since they don't have anything at all listed for a 14 bolt. they just have the reg 1500 and then the 8 lug stuff listed.

What disk brake kit? I've been looking, but don't want to spend a ton. My drums look like shit when I have the rims on it :(

I do not know for sure but I would think they might. In stock form the 14 bolt had a larger diameter drum than the 10 bolt.

they are both 6 lug. I have been thinking about this and want to say yes they will. Are the discs on the truck now or do you have the ability to play with the 14 bolt and the brakes and do a little test fitting?

brake conversion is still collection dust in the garage, and i'm praying the 14 bolt is still in the yard up north come next saturday when im back up there.

if it is, then i'll be able to play with it, just wanted to know before hand if possible... they look the same on the end of the housing as far as the 4 bolt spacing...

and for what brake conversion, its the Stillen Brake kit i bought off JP422 (IIRC) off the old site.
