Will I have issues with this cam?

Were those loaded, or bare? Rock Auto has the bare and the loaded ones. The bare heads are $270, just checked them. Then they have reman heads for $243, plus $100 core.

loaded. direct replacements for the obs vortec 350 but could also upgrade older 350' as well. i bout two about 5 years ago. http://www.jegs.com/i/Chevrolet+Performance/809/12558060/10002/-1.
