will not start at 1/4 tank

02 yukon when it get to a 1/4 tank the truck will not start but when I fill up the 32 gallon tank it only takes 22gallons to it up. It acts like it is out of gas and will not start. If anyone can give me a place to start looking. I thought about the sending unit except for it move up when gas goes in and goes down as used. It can not get down to the low fuel light before it will not start.

sounds like the gauge may be off or the pickup in the gas tank is up high.

weird, he's only adding 22 gallons to a 32 gallon tank, so there is fuel in there, so gauge can't be off, but it's not picking up that 10 gallons...hate to say it, sounds like time to pull tank

must have a 2500xl or something, but normally they dont, is your vehicle parked on a incline with the nose facing down?

Nice!! all the yukons have that? Was it an option? or just in the XL?
