Does anyone know if they make a defroster strip that I can install on my driver and passenger windows? If it's below 25 degrees or so my windows freeze to the rubber strip along the bottom. It's really annoying since I have to show my ID at the gate to go to work and I have to open my door instead.

OK Jeremy this is going to sound crazy as hell, but.... I actually wax my windows so this doesn't happen.
I find it also makes it easier for the motor to move 'em up/down all year round.

Thanks I'll try that out. I'll have to thaw out my carnauba wax in the garage.

I would think the vaseline would cause damage to the rubber itself, and the adhesive that is used to mount the felt, due to the petroleum in the product.

Actually, it helps keep the dew strips from drying out. When dew strips dry out they can scratch the glass as you roll up/down the window.

+1.... I hear that.... I just wipe down the felt that touches the window with Silicone spray on a rag.
Cleans 'em up, and keep 'em soft.
