Windshield washer pump STILL leaking ???

pull it out, fill it up and check to see where the leak is coming from exactly
things that happen
1. o-rings bad
2. motor/pump housing cracks
3. tank splits/cracks
4. connecting lines crack
All of the above... I will check AGAIN......I takr it to my garage sink and test with water.... ( All the stuff is new, and that pisses me off).. Then RTV the crap out of it.

Found the problem..... A tiny leak, right at the corner, where the upper pump 'clicks' into the tank. There is a mold defect. It is very thin. I bought a new tank at Autozone ( Dorman)... $41.00.

Geeze.....

So there was a crack in the tank?? Well glad you got it figured out!!
