Got my winter setup on today. Looks pretty good, except I need some center caps. Kind of ugly with a rusty hub poking through. 16" wheels with 265/70/16 Blizzak DM-V1's.

I painted some basic steel mags black, and it looks much better. All I need now is a pushbar and I'll have that patrol car look going on.

After (crappy cellphone picture, but you'll get the idea):

took ur wheels off already

Yeah, it's already getting below freezing at night here in Alaska....lol. Only a matter of time before it snows. I try to beat the rush...too many people wait until it snows, and then it takes days of waiting to get an install done. Next year I'm probably going to buy a floor jack and just switch them over myself now that I have two full sets.

Already looking forward to spring when I finally get to get new summer tires. I was getting tired of the ones I was running and want a more aggresive AT tire.

i still have likea good 4 -6 weeks with my 24's on lol

That is one thing I don't miss about NY. I still have a good 4-6 yrs before I move back up there & have to worry about winter rims. Can rock the chrome 20s all winter here in Texas. Snow falls one day & melts away the next day at the latest.

But at least I know how to drive in it. You should see some of the craziness that goes on here when the snow falls...
