Nice vehicle, to bad there are a$$h*)#s in this world that can not leave other peoples property alone.

I would take whatever the insurance company gave me and have the vehicle repainted.

I would also find a more secure place to park.

I'd fix the plastic pieces and then have it liquid wrapped. It would save you a ton of cash and you'd have left money for additional mods.

Sooo, after 2 months fighting with insurance, 2 weeks ago i finaly drop Tahoe at body shop. Body shop found more demages and now insurance says its pass 75% and they wanna total it. They give me 2 options. Paid it full $17k or $11.5k and keep Tahoe.
Body shop wont do it no less than $12.8k so if i wanna keep it i will have pay body shop about $1300 out of my pocket.
My wife keep telling me move on and put $17k on newer LTZ but every time i look local dealers 11-13 goes $30-40k
Im tired of payments and i dont wanna another 36 months worth of payment.
I was gonna spend another $1k on some custom body work since original plan was to fix it, plus i have a lot of new parts invested in Tahoe in last 12 months and now i dont know wehat to do

And no no plastic dip or wrap please

Before you give them an answer get some solid estimates from some other body shops. When you go make sure you tell them the story. A body shop with an insurance company is going to throw the highest number they can come up with at the insurance company to try and get the most bang for thier buck. A different body shop that knows they have to come up with a number lower than 11k to get the job might be more inclined to cut you a nice deal.

Well since looks like not whole lot shops want mess with full body strip and repaint so yes, every shop i went wants $10k+

The thing is even if i end up fixing it and try trade in for something newer i dont thing i can get more than 13-14k. So why waste money, or maybe not. I dont know.

You REALLY need to let it go. Keeping it is just a bad financial decision.

You'll fall in love with another one as well. But to keep this one you are literally throwing money away
