After you pull it hard and the arm comes off, take off the interior panel and remove the motor and arm rest thing. Then take your truck to someone who knows how to weld aluminum and have him tack a backing plate over the holes left in your hatch. Then go to your local body shop and have them fill in the area and repaint the hatch. Then sit back and enjoy how clean the back of your truck looks. :favorites37:
