wiring mess

help i just bought a 2003 yukon denali and stereo wasnt working. i opened it up and i have hacked wires, cut but splices, bare wires and wires with tape on then and bare wires. I cant find a wiring diagram for it so i can fix it properly.

Looks like the same parts I got, but obviously a bit of a mess on your hands there...

That is why I paid the extra $25 or so to have them make me the "Ready Harness". Plug an play, solid connections. They do all the work for you. Worth every penny!

Here is the color codes for what is supposed to be connected to what...
Mine was an 04 with Bose system.

Hopefully, Crutchfield doesn't mind posting. I gave them a lot of good plugs here.
If you are still dead in the water, call them. They might help you sort some things out.

my problem is they cut all the wires to the stock harnesses and i tried matching up colors but dont know what wires go to the amp.. might bypass it and replace it later with aftermarket

800 number for Crutchfield tech. support is above. They are really super-nice and helpful. I would try calling them. In the interest of gaining new customers, they might be willing to help you identify which wires go where to the amp/subwoofer.

Worth a shot! I don't think they would hang up and leave you on your own...
