Wiring the headlights

Is there any way you can wire the headlights to come on for a period of time when you unlock the car? The 2007+ models do this.

Also what are your opinions on this set?

Hmm. Seems like all of my lights come on when I unlock my car and stay that way for a little while. Might be the DRL's, though, and not the headlights themselves, although they stay on after shutting the car off. Don't know about the wiring, but in my Denali anyway you can control the settings in the DIC.

I don't know about the wiring question but I just ordered a set of those projectors a few days ago....can't wait till they get here

Wow,ten minutes after I said I can't wait till they get here....the doorbell rings and it's UPS with my depo projectors!

depos are the best aftermarket projector. Only thing better is a true retrofit. So yes get those. But I thought you had a NNBS.

i know that when viper alarm systems are installed and activated you have many options on what goes on/off when you unlock or lock.

I forgot about this thread! Haha, yeah I have a NNBS but my dad has an 02 sitting in his shop that shouldn't go unmodded in my opinion! It's kinda hard to mod though when most of them are made for 03's, when the wiring changed completely.

Yeah, I'm one of those rappers with a few Rolls Royces laying around. I just didn't feel like posting them in my sig.

But no, I did actually mean more than one car as in family cars. Like my mom's or dad's. Just because they're there doesn't mean they gotta be in my sig! Although they were, for a while. lol
