Won't Start, Clicks Repeatedly

All lights are working, check engine light is on. When I try to start it, it just clicks repeatedly with doors locking and unlocking for about a minute. I tried to jump start it, no luck. Any ideas?

Battery needs some juice or replacement! Did you put a voltmeter on it? How old is the battery?

I don't see anything mentioned about vehicle or age. If it's older, check all ground cables from battery to engine or frame. A bad ground can play all sorts of funny games.
