Won't start

I have notice for the past few weeks my truck seemed sluggish. I don't drive it much lately. I had someone look at it and they said the cats were probably bad. Well I parked it and didn't drive it for about 2 weeks and now it won't start. It will crank and idle like crap for 3-5 seconds and dies. Sometimes 10 seconds. Any ideas ?

That's tough to diagnose maybe someone will be able to help. Year? Miles? Has the fuel filter been changed?

When you turn your key to the on position(not cranking) do you hear the buzz from the fuel pump ? last fuel pump i replaced it was only putting out half the psi necessary to run...so it would start but not run much over idle then die.

55-60 psi.....ish
