With that, when I was younger (20 years ago) I worked at Circuit City installing car audio and alarms so I'm familiar with tearing apart interiors so I had faith in my ability to do what I did.

Good ole circuit city, I used to install there back in 99-02 also. Nice work on the wrap!

Pretty much the same time for me as well (98-01 in Woodbridge, VA).

I use to work down in Woodbridge - I was bummed when that CC closed - use to go there all the time.

Man... nice job and great writeup! That was a TON of work you did there!!!

I am trying to decide if I want to pull the big silver trim piece around my stereo/nav screen off to repaint a damaged spot. The dealer I bought it from has on their "we owe", but I am nervous about their staff doing it.

Is there any way to get these pictures back up?

Thanks in advance, I will do a proper intro soon.

You could pull the silver trim piece before you take it in and maybe they will let you put the new piece on yourself. I would take the new piece if they ordered it for you before trying to repaint.
