Wood Trim Removal Help

Has anyone successfully removed the wood trim or know how to remove it?
I am trying to remove it on my 2016 Denali, but I am not sure if there are clips or screws holding it in and don't want to pull on it and end up breaking it.

Your help is appreciated!

What are you replacing it with? I wish there was a Black Wood option myself.
