The old lady wanted a bigger vehicle than her little g6 so we found a 08 ltz. After 2 days of owning it I got the itch to mess with it like I do on everything. Plan was not to go crazy but make it a clean, good looking vehicle. First thing I did was had the front windows tinted to make the rears. Then I demolded it. Lowered it 2/4 with a belltech kit. And just put on a hitch cover and took off the flex fuel badge. Still trying to convince the old lady to let me take the tahoe badges off. Let me know what ya think!

Yep sure is! 97 with a 107 s&s bottom end and axtell jugs, chain driven.

I didn't mind the moldings but they were starting to fade, everyone has their own opinion. Go hype go ahead to take the badges off! I have the alignment in the morning and then I'll debadge it and maybe color match the bowties!

nice work on the mods!
I think it looks great lowered & w/o moldings, only comment: if the moldings go so should the badges. You got the flexfuel badge off (a must) I would ditch the lettering, trim designation, even the plastic tab on the lift-glass

love that blue

Looks good. Where did you get the hitch cover from?

I just bought it on eBay for 75 shipped and it was painted. Yea next day we get some sun outside I'm going to take the badges off. The ol lady said the Tahoe can come off but she wants the ltz still on there. I can live with that. What about the hatch plastic?
