Must be a new policy. Either way, they are good about returns and such. I’ve never had a problem with them, been doing business with RA for 15-20 years. Email is just another form of communication anyway, better than waiting on the phone for an hour like some others and then get somebody with an accent you can’t understand who is working from home in some foreign country and doesn’t know anything about vehicles. Also, email leaves a paper trail with proof of what was said and promised. It might be a bit slower but if you’re in a hurry you’re not buying online anyway, you’re going to the local auto parts store. But if you really want good customer service and return policy buy from Amazon. I use both as well as eBay on occasion.I was directed, over the phone, that everything was addressed through email.
