We know our trucks are like tanks but I've got a question for you regarding cars. If there was a head-on crash between a 2009 Chevrolet Malibu and a 1959 Chevrolet Bel Air, would you rather be in the Malibu or the Bel Air?

it's two sided. the bel air was made of reinforced steel at the time but i would think that the safety features are low. also the bel probably had the "rubber bullets" in front of the grille because everyone used to play chicken back then. the malibu on the other hand has a 5 star crash safety rating and countless airbags. it's either take the hit, or suffocate in 100 mph projectile airbags

depends on if the 57 had C5 suspension and braking. Primary safety beats secondary safety anyday.

Head-on collision I'd take the 'falls apart in 6 months' crapbox... I mean malibu. Anything else? the 57.

i would rather be in the bel air cause i know i would die happy driving a clean ass old bel air. who would want to be in the malabu living knowing you not only did vehicular homicide you destryoed a old bel air
