I have a 2011 Tahoe and would like to wrap the 2 plastic pieces on the steering wheel. Can I remove the plastic pieces without messing with the airbag or leave them on? Also, where is the cabin filter located? Thanks.

There is no cabin air filter for 07-14. There is a kit where you can add one though.

You DO need to remove the airbag unless you're damn good at wrapping. Removing the airbag is very simple and you shouldn't be scared of it. Ive removed hundreds without incident.

I thought there was a cabin filter in the tahoe but realized i had to cut a opening to shove the filter in.
