I believe your best bet is to search the salvage yards and then if that doesn't yield what you are looking for then send a PM to SuperchargedSS here on the forum, he deals in OEM parts and can more than likely find what you need.

I have been dealing with a local body shop and they are coming up short. I will definately take your advice. If I can't find one, we are looking at upgrading to a Suburban possibly. So anyone interested may sell loaded 09 Z71, with low miles..
