These are primarily a spring seat vs thick foam, I could be wrong on this as I am not an interior man and have not seen the seat parts.my old man had a set on his 67 vette. fitment on the pass side was really good but the drivers side not so much. I think with replacement foam it would have been spot on. but for the price its not that bad. he had them for prob 3-4 years with no real problems out of them.
That is true, I will have to do some searching around to try to find the new foam. Like I said I am not interior guy in the least bit.yes im sure your seats are mainly spring but should have a small layer of foam and burlap over the springs. I would replace that while I had them out if I was you. u can even upgrade to a high density foam and it will make a huge difference in the seats
It doesn't need to be formed to vehicle?the foam is real easy to find. u buy it by the yard like your would fabric. we have a upholstery supply shop here local that sells it here
