Yatour MT-06 Digital CD/USB/SD GM Compatible?

I am interested in getting more than just an AUX input for my 2005 Z71 Tahoe. I found the Yatour MT-06 "Digital CD Changer" and it looks like what I want to install. Supposedly these devices allow reading from a SD card or USB stick, in addition to an AUX input for MP3 players and iPods.

Does anyone have any experience installing a Yatour product in a GM? I've checked the Yatour site (yatour.net) and not much info there. I sent an e-mail to the company to find out more, but didn't want to reinvent the wheel if someone has already tried this out.

Response from Yatour is that their MT-06 devices are not currently GM compatible.

I ended up going with a PAC AAI-GM12 aux input. Plugs right into the XM socket at the rear of the head unit. The only tricky part was the splice into the switched power supply (pink wire) on the main plug. Secured the unit inside the dash, and now I have a headphone jack on a cable (via the glove box) that I can pull out and plug into any device. Good sound quality and affordable price (from Amazon).
