Wish I could say my rig was even on the road. He's sitting @ home right now. Sat for 3 months while I battled with warranty to replace my trans. Finally went and bought a new trans myself. Got it installed and got my car back. Was in heaven for he last two weeks getting to drive my car again until Friday night driving home back up my mountain slowly and not overworking my new trans, it got screwed up somehow. I'm pissed. As of right now when I manually shift it into first and second it shifts but makes some unsettling noises. And won't go into third gear. It's like it goes into neutral instead of third gear. All work was done by a professional shop. It's going back first thing Monday morning tomorrow. Any ideas on what might be wrong would be greatly appreciated! Still a fairly newbie to owning a GM. Weirdly enough had dodges before this car that were know to have transmission issues, but lucked out and never had transmission issues. 2006 Yukon xl Denali, 6.0 V8, AWD, and only 84,000 miles. Barely put 250 miles on the new trans in the last two weeks of only around town driving at lower speeds until Friday night went down the mountain and onto freeways for only a few minutes. Did perfect all down the hill and on the freeways and then on the way back up it started acting up.
