I have a 2011 yukon XL Denali that needs two new doors. Would the outer shell from a 2010 escalade ESV suffice? If so and if not, what else would fit? Thanks in advance.

By outer shell, I mean of the door

It might bolt up but the outer portion will look different
I could be wrong but I believe the outer "curve" is different and the upper trim piece on the top edge is different, on the yukons you can simply pull the trim piece off by hand or with a tool and on the escalades it is attached differently and looks different, the door "dent" guard I believe is clipped on and on the yukons it is glued on. just going off of memory but they are different in some fashion

Escalade doors have an indentation that runs the length of the doors above the side moulding.

kbuskill nailed it. GM bead rolled the Esky doors for some reason. There is a guy on the forum that pulled all the doors off an Esky ESV and installed them on his YXL Denali. Both were black trucks. He said it was quite a job.

If you can get complete doors up front the 07-09 have a better design on the door cards that tend not to separate from the door after a decade or so.
